Demeter Farm Mill Organic Besan Flour, also known as chickpea flour or gram flour, is stonemilled from finely ground chickpeas. Besan Flour has a natural pale yellow colour and retains its chickpea taste. Ideal for creating flatbreads or as a thickener in savoury dishes.
